Today I finally updated my account, after a good six months of inactivity on my part...
There are many reasons for this, but perhaps the most important one is the fact that my computer is a big old pile of butt piles, and it is forever arguing with me.
Its about as useful as a "how to not be a complete and utter hillbilly" book, written by Brittney Spears.
Enough of the excuses.
I uploaded some pictures (only 5 this time around)
.... Yes, I know what your thinking ..."Wow, that's alot of pictures for one person to draw, over the last six months."
The reason for the low number of pictures, is quite simple really.
You might be correct in assuming that I doodle and draw, at least ten to twenty pictures a week (if you assumed anything at all), however, generally these are half finished, or wholly crap, so they get binned about 6.5 seconds after I have finished with them.
Then, after that, the ones I hate the least, go on to a rigorous screening process. They have to perform a new dance routine every week, in front of a panel of judges. The ones who don't make the grade are unceremoniously booted from the show.
Once there are 5 or 10 finalists (and I get hold of a scanner) I contemplate cleaning the pictures up and finishing them nicely. Usually, this moment of bravery subsides, meaning that I end up just throwing some half finished pictures in the scanner and uploading some of my crap onto deviant art.
Where I may actually get one view from someone who was clearly looking for something else and clicked on the wrong thing.
It is my ultimate goal to post at least 7 more pictures on Deviant Art before 2010. (I know what your thinking, "That many? Thats crazy talk!!!") However, I think I can do it.
So Dear Diary, thanks for listening, I'll see you in another six months.
